I'm so glad you're here!
If you had asked 18-year-old me what my five-year plan was, I would have confidently told you: college. I believed success followed a very specific path, and I was determined to stay on it.
Then, the day before my sophomore year began, I made the decision not to continue my college education. Suddenly, the future I had planned for myself disappeared. What felt like a setback at the time was actually the beginning of a story I couldn't have written on my own.
As I look back now, I can see God's hand in every step.
When Living|Room Collective opened, I stepped in to help with social media and quickly realized I had found something I genuinely loved. While others dreaded creating content, I found myself energized by it. I loved telling stories, building connections, and helping businesses communicate who they were in a meaningful way.
What started as a simple Instagram page called Get Social with Kylie soon grew into something much bigger. As opportunities began to appear, so did a new passion. I purchased a camera to create better content and unexpectedly fell in love with photography. What began as a tool quickly became a calling.
Today, I have the privilege of combining both passions through photography and content creation. I work with businesses, brands, and individuals to create visuals that are timeless, intentional, and full of story. My goal is never to just create beautiful content (although that's part of it). It's to help people share what makes them unique and connect with the people they're meant to reach.
More than anything, my faith is the foundation of everything I do. Every opportunity, every client, every creative idea, and every open door is a gift from the Lord. This business exists because of His faithfulness, and my prayer is that everything I create reflects that in some way.

Beyond the lens
My boyfriend and I have been together for almost four years, and we finally moved in together after years of praying and searching! I spent months thoughtfully designing and curating our home, so seeing it all come to life has brought me more joy than I can put into words. Sometimes I can persuade him to be my second shooter, so he may make a guest appearance if he's not out golfing ;)
Creating beautiful spaces has always been a passion of mine, and that love has only grown through my work managing Living|Room. I've had the opportunity to attend Market and help curate collections for the shop, which has deepened my appreciation for small businesses and everything that pours into them.
I'm a Swiftie. Like, a serious Swiftie. I went to the Eras Tour in 2023, and I'm pretty convinced the only day that will ever top it will be my wedding day. Maybe.
When I'm not working, there's a good chance you'll find me reading or listening to a podcast! A few other things I love: The Parent Trap, Gossip Girl, all things cheetah, and literally any kind of pasta. If there's pasta on the menu, the decision has already been made. Also, sweet treats are a must. Specifically, a dirty soda.
Over the past year, I've grown tremendously in my faith, and it has become the most meaningful part of my life. Growing closer to God has brought me a sense of peace, purpose, and perspective that I can't fully put into words, and it's completely changed the way I navigate both the highs and lows of life. I owe it all to Him, and I'm incredibly grateful for all He has done and continues to do in my life. All glory to Him!
